Karen’s experience in cultural transformation and business performance is grounded in over 15 years of proven performance working as a senior manager, university lecturer, facilitator, coach, external and internal project manager and cultural and strategic transformational change agent predominately in the tertiary and utilities sectors.

Karen brings a balance between strategic cultural diagnostics and program development and an ability to partner with businesses to provide sustainable and practical implementation of cultural transformation programs, business and people performance initiatives along with leadership coaching.  Working with executives, senior managers, and staff across all levels of the business, her natural style has enabled Karen to design practical and business suitable programs implemented through customised approaches designed to build internal capability, ownership and deliver sustained benefits for people and the organisation.

Partner - Dana Crees

Qualifications

B.Business (HRM), Central Queensland University (1991)

Diploma of Teaching (Secondary), Kelvin Grove Teachers College (QUT) (1980)

Dana has been working as an internal consultant, executive coach and facilitator of transformational programs for over 10 years, working with Executive Managers, Senior Leaders and Leadership Teams in Telecommunications and the Energy sectors.  Her career has encompassed education, operational and senior management roles and internal consultancy in culture and behavioural change.  She brings the skills, knowledge and experience derived from her 30 year career to each engagement.

As a facilitator and coach, Dana is able to work with senior managers on their individual leadership development and personal awareness, and with their management teams to fast track their development as high performing teams.  Her practical, solution focused approach is built on her understanding of the operational imperatives of organisational life and her belief that each individual, team and organisation has the capacity to transform – both what they do and how they do it.

Dana’s passion and authenticity when working with individuals and teams encourages them explore their potential and unleash the creativity, energy and commitment that come from being able to bring more of themselves to work.
